1. Climb To The Top of Mt. Battie at Camden Hills State Park

The beautiful state of Maine has lots of fun outdoor activities that kids can enjoy. Climbing to the top of Mt. Battie will make your kids feel like they’re on a real adventure. 

Key Information: Park admission is $6 per person – may be closed due to weather between November and May – rough terrain isn’t stroller friendly

2. See the Historic Nubble Lighthouse

The rocky coast of Maine has many lighthouses, and the Nubble Lighthouse on Cape Neddick near York Beach is one of the most famous. Enjoy great views of the Atlantic Ocean at this picturesque destination!

3. Go Tide pooling at Acadia National Park

Discover nature’s tiny wonders in the tidepools of Acadia, one of the United States national park treasures. You’ll be able to find sea stars, hermit crabs, and other marine creatures in these coastal pools.
