Yyteri Beach in Finland is one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Europe. With its pristine pine forest backdrop and calm waters, it’s the perfect place to visit on your family holidays.

Es Grau in Menorca is a delightful beach with shallow blue waters that are perfect for the family traveller.

Good To Know: The nearby nature walk is wheelchair accessible.
Palmanova Beach in Spain is known for its soft, clean sand and easy water access.

Cirali Beach in Turkey is a stunning pebble beach with lots of places to eat.

Crete’s Golden Beach is a beautiful island beach in calm waters. It’s on a remote island and feels like a real adventure!

Good To Know: Be careful not to swim too far out– there is a rocky reef in the area.
Lignano Sabbiadoro Beach in Italy is a beautiful sandy beach with several hundred meters of shallow water perfect for your littlest tykes.

The Makarska Riviera is known as a beach holiday destination. Of the 96 beaches along the Riviera, the beach between Zaostrog and Drvenik is one of the best for families.

Good To Know: Most of the Makarska Riviera beaches are pebble beaches, so bring water shoes.
Lara Beach in Turkey is a Blue Flag beach on the Mediterranean Sea, which means that the water and sand are extra-clean and safe.

Malta is a great spot for the summer holidays, and Mellieha Beach is the largest beach made of sand on the island. The water also received awards for its quality, which makes it perfect for families.

Good To Know: The water is known for being some of the calmest and shallowest around Malta.

The beautiful beach at Sveti Vlas in Bulgaria is a long beach with lots of activities, like sand volleyball and water sports.

Playa de Maspalomas, or Maspalomas Beach, is one of the most beautiful golden sand beaches you’ll find anywhere.

Finikoudes Beach, like many of Cyprus’s sandy beaches, has calm blue waters that are safe for little swimmers.
