In good weather, you can start a trail right from outside the museum with outdoor expos. They have sensory nights and provide amenities for sensory sensitive kiddos but no food.”

They explain all about microorganisms, bacteria and viruses with a huge emphasis on extreme organisms that live in volcanic soil/water.
Our 5 yo loved the hands-on stations and managed to understand all the different microorganisms thanks to their explanations. Pretty impressive.
