Yes, the WHOLE town! Of course, there are many ways to celebrate Oktoberfest in Germany. But we selected Rothenburg ob der Tauber because this little Bavarian town is amazing to visit with kids. You can stroll around the village pretty freely since almost the whole town is pedestrian-friendly. You can bar hop (with tons of outdoor options) or stop in one of the many restaurants inside the walled city. During regular hours, they offer a kid-friendly menu, tons of outdoor space to let the kids be wild, food onsite and, of course, some serious beer selection! Also, you can book tickets to some pretty cool events (crowd control for COVID-19 safety measures), including this amazing Family Pumpkin Party at the end of the month.
