Open Position

We are looking for an experienced freelance writer to create engaging content for our travel website and app. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours—you manage your schedule and work based on assigned tasks rather than set hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write high-quality, long-form content for our travel website and app.
  • Adapt to our company’s tone of voice and messaging style (training provided).
  • Produce informative and engaging travel content, ideally with a family-friendly perspective.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing, journalism, blogging, or a related field.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging, and well-structured long-form content.
  • Ability to attend a 1-hour weekly meeting (EST time zone).
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience traveling with kids or writing family-friendly travel content is a huge PLUS.
  • English Writing skills are necessary (a creative writing test).
  • We prefer candidates with long term commitment plans since there is room to grow with the company.

Compensation & Terms:

  • $30/hour
  • $5/hr in share equity after 6 months of consistent work.
  • Independent contractor (1099) – you will be responsible for your taxes.
  • Training will be provided before the position officially starts.
